Returns

Return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Product must be unused and in original condition.
• Original packaging, invoice and certificate must be included.
• Customized, engraved or made-to-order jewellery cannot be returned.

Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with product and packaging photos/videos.
